Oneal Construction concentrates on prime residential properties such as the exclusive 26-floor Rova Lev Ha’ir building, which is the central project in Tel Aviv. Complete with its own spa, Rova Lev Ha’ir sets a new standard for city living. In similar style, Oneal is developing other Israeli cities. In Ashdod, the company has built Gan Ha’ir (‘city garden’), an exclusive project containing 650 housing units with a country club and tropical garden at its center. Oneal is also involved, directly and through its subsidiary company, with commercial projects (Power Center shopping groups) in Ashdod, Afula and Nazareth Elite.
